This workshop will explore the complex dynamics of working as a team in an early childhood program or classroom. We will discuss techniques that are helpful in creating a successful school environment leading to more competent and confident children, healthier partnerships with parents, and a more fulfilling workplace for teachers and administrators. Directors and head teachers will learn strategies for building a strong, dynamic teaching team with an emphasis on mentoring, collaboration, and effectively delegating responsibilities.
